Contact with client schools is essential to smrt being successful in schools.
Feedback to Smrt English Ltd is required by agents
Mid Pilot
Check in on schools during the pilot and send a feedback email to smrt staff. Inquire if any training /motivation or observations are needed.
Post Pilot
At the end of the pilot, please inform school admin of the implementation process. A Google analytics review can be sent to the school from smrt.
Implementation
Make sure schools have the resources to grow and implement smrt in the school.
